Cancellation Policy

SKY BOAT TRIP CANCELATION

In case of cancellation of single tickets, we retain the deposit for the booking (30%). This is to cover our costs related to booking, payment and refund.

If you get sick, contact your travel insurance for reimbursement.

In case of change/cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total ticket amount is payable.

Please note that this also applies if there are obstacles in the form of weather and wind that hinder your journey with our cloud boat.

GENERAL CONDITIONS - TAILOR-MADE TOURS

Cancellation of tailor-made tours that have been confirmed (group tour) can be cancelled at a cost of 30% up to 14 days prior to departure. Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 14 days before the agreed arrival date. If a confirmed tailor-made trip is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the agreed trip fare will be charged. All bookings, changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Late arrival can lead to a shorter trip or miss the trip altogether. The trip must still be paid in full and no refund will be given.
